When we first meet with clients it is as much about what they want to achieve as it is about us getting to know you. It’s good to sit down and have a chat over a drink about your lifestyle and what you love. Knowing this, lets us create house plans that can keep up with your family and lifestyle. Throughout this process, we are also understanding the environment and ensuring the house design maximises the natural elements.
Budget consideration is important during this phase. This can sometimes be an area clients feel uncomfortable discussing, however being open about this from the start is a way to ensure the house design achieves what it needs to without making life harder in the future.

Once the initial Scope has been signed off, the house design and floor plans become the main focus. A lot of consideration is given to the following factors…
